Our Promise

We really do believe our soaps are among the finest money can buy. We also strive to provide a service that reflects the quality of goods we offer, therefore we promise to ship soaps to you in a secure and reliable manner and to deal promptly with any defect or concern you may have regarding your order. Please take into consideration that our soap is genuinely cold crafted and produced freshly every day so you may encounter some variation in colour or scent between batches and orders. If you do have any problems or queries, please contact us by e-mail. We will do our best to resolve any concerns you may have.

Refunds and returns

If your order does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us by e-mail. Where goods are found to have been damaged during transit We will arrange either to replace them or to refund the purchase price including any delivery charges. We may ask you to return faulty goods to us and would ask that you pack them back up carefully. We will refund or reimburse your costs in returning them to us. Please note we photograph each order before it is shipped to ensure that our soaps are in perfect condition before dispatch.

Cancellations

If you change your mind about your order, please contact us by e-mail within seven working days of receipt. We will ask you to take care to safely return the goods at your expense. You will be refunded the cost of the order less delivery when we recieve the returned goods. Our refund will be reduced or may be voided should the goods be returned part-used, incomplete, or damaged.

Other issues

Bar size

Our soap is sold in bars each weighing 90g (3.2oz). The dimensions of each bar are 7cm x 7cm x 1.9cm.

Environmental issues

Wherever possible our soaps are made from ingredients that are sustainably harvested to protect our planet. Our soaps are produced in a way that has minimal impact on the environment. Our soaps are packaged in gift trays that are made from recycled carboard. Every bar of our soap is 100% biodegradable. In summary our soaps are good for you, but they are also good for our planet.

Vegan concerns

Our soaps are made from ingredients that are derived from nature, no animal based ingredients or additives are used in our soaps whatsoever, making them suitable for vegitarians and vegans alike.

Samples

We are sorry but we do not supply goods on approval. If you would like to try our soaps, samples are available on request at a cost of £2 per half bar plus postage and packaging. Strictly one half bar per request only. Please email us if you would like to request a sample.

Secure ordering

We currently put orders from our website through PayPal. We shall be integrating the Sagepay payment system shortly, Sagepay is the new name for Protx which is a UK leading Internet payment service. You may see a completed padlock or key in your browser when you are on the payment page. Older web browsers (typically IE version 3 or before) may not make a secure connection or may display a security warning because their technology or internal security certificates are out of date. It is therefore recommended that whenever you are purchasing online, you make sure your browser supports secure networking. Free updates are available on the Internet. Owczarenko recommends Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Mozilla Fire Fox 3, or Safari. Owczarenko will not accept any liability in cases of fraud.

Cookies

Many Shopping sites use cookies, these are small pieces of information about your order that are temporarily stored or saved on your hard disk for future reference. Please be assured that at Owczarenko we only use cookies to distinguish one visitor to our site from another so that we know who has what in their shopping basket. You must enable cookies or accept cookies in your browser to be able to shop on our site. As mentioned your order is then transfered to Sagepay, no sensitive information such as credit card details are stored.

Customer privacy

Owczarenko does not sell or pass customer e-mail addresses or other details to third parties nor do we bombard our customers with e-mails and leaflets. If you order from us, we may contact you about your order, but that's all. We do ask for your email address so that we can provide you with tracking information for your order.
